Sol Path Yoga is a unique form of Yoga that focuses on 10 foundational principles that support practitioners on and off the mat. Each month we explore, practice and reflect on one of the foundational principles: Love, Truth, Abundance, Balance, Non-attachment, Purification, Gratitude in the Present Moment, Discipline, Self-Observation, and Trust. Each principle teaches a skill set and deepens the practitioner’s awareness so they may live from a place of illumination and empowerment.
