Q: What kind of results can I expect from The Optimal Life Program?
A: All participants begin at their own level of awareness and skill. However, everyone can experience positive results immediately. The level of benefit throughout the program and beyond is proportional to the participant’s dedication to their practice. Please see our testimonials to read about our participants’ experiences.
Q: Is there a lot of homework?
A: No. There are not a lot of task-oriented assignments. What we do ask, however, is that you mindfully practice the teachings and skills you learn. Therefore, any homework is more of a mindfulness practice incorporated into your everyday life - which usually does not require additional time on your part. What’s required is more awareness on your part.
Q: Who else will benefit from me taking The Optimal Life Program?
A: There’s no limit to who can benefit from your increased level of awareness and positive influence. Initially, those in your immediate family, work environment and close circle will notice and respond to your positive shifts. In time, you can enjoy the possibility of creating positive, productive encounters wherever you go and in any endeavor you choose to engage.
Q: Do I have to share any personal information with the group?
A: You have the right to share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. Our intention is to create a supportive and encouraging environment for exploration, insight and discovery. Some of our learning experiences are done through writing, individual practice, pair exercises and group discussion.
Q: Is it better to take The Optimal Life Program alone or with someone?
A: Either way can be highly beneficial depending on your intention. For some people, taking the program alone is an important next step to self-understanding and fulfillment. For others, taking the program with a partner or spouse allows them to grow together, share a common language and practice, and support each other with the learning process. Still for others, taking the program with a friend or sibling invites discussion and a sharing of ideas, questions and successes.
