Sol Path Yoga is a unique form of Yoga that focuses on 10 foundational principles that support practitioners on and off the mat. This is a physical, mental and spiritual practice that includes asana, breath, meditation, conscious movement and mindfulness.  Each month we explore, practice and reflect on one of the foundational principles: Love, Truth, Abundance, Balance, Non-attachment, Purification, Gratitude in the Present Moment, Discipline, Self-Observation, and Trust. Each principle teaches a skill set and deepens the practitioner’s awareness so they may live from a place of illumination and empowerment.
