Chara is a Mother, Life Program facilitator and certified Kripalu and Anusara influenced yoga instructor. Chara began practicing yoga in 1995 and has been teaching since 1997. As an artist, performer, and dancer, Chara combines her love of movement and self-expression into a unique yoga style that is creative, dynamic, and nurturing. She encourages and assists people in transitioning their yoga practice into everyday life. The love of mindful living inspired Chara to create, Sol Path Yoga, a unique form of yoga that focuses on 12 foundational principles that support practitioners on and off the mat. Each principle teaches a skill set and deepens the practitioner’s awareness so they may live from a place of illumination and empowerment. Her extensive study in yoga, life principles, mind mastery and stress management have led her to design and co-create many of Solazzare’s signature programs and inspirations. Chara and the Solazzare Team, joyfully offer you their services with the intention of illuminating new levels of awareness, inspiring passion and creativity, and celebrating life together!
Richard Gange, Facilitator and Mentor
Richard's presence is grounded, kind and wise. As co-creator and co-facilitator of The Solazzare Life Programs, a personal mentor, a teacher of Science for 30 years and a practicing yogi for more than 10 years, Richard possesses insight into the connection between science and spirituality. This combination allows Richard to not only speak to people’s minds, but also to their hearts. An intuitive and skilled educator, Richard uses process learning to foster a supportive, engaging environment for personal growth.
Acting as a group facilitator, Richard encourages all participants to tap into their unlimited power so they can fulfill their potential and create passionate, purposeful lives. As these individuals feel nurtured and supported, they freely participate in a variety of individual and cooperative instructional activities. These enhance personal awareness, understanding of new ideas and the joy of discovery. Members are then invited to use what they have learned to engage in self-assessment. With heightened personal awareness, clients organically arrive at their own insights and continue on a path of self-realization, new skill development and life long growth. As a mentor, Richard calls upon his experience, knowledge and insight to collaboratively work with individuals from various walks of life. By using a similar process learning approach, he works with his clients as they focus on issues pertaining to career and life. During this work, clients move forward, achieve their goals and develop personally and professionally. (Please click here for testimonials)
During his teaching career, Richard was committed to supporting the whole child as much as helping them to understand subject matter. By creating a positive environment, Richard made sure each student felt welcomed and safe. As a result, his pupils readily asked questions, expressed opinions and engaged with new ideas. Instilling a life-long love of learning and the discovery that comes with such learning was the goal of each lesson. Based on testimonials from his students, Richard was recognized as Teacher of the Year. He was one of two teachers to design and implement one of the first Environmental Science courses in New Jersey. He was also part of a team that developed an alternative learning program for which Westfield High School was awarded NJ Star School status. Richard continues his personal growth by exploring Kripalu, Anusara and Sol Path Yoga; Voice Dialogue and Conscious Body; as well as Reiki. He continues to collaborate on creative, new ways to empower people to transform into their authentic selves.
